If you have one, hang onto it. Storage cabinets designed for vinyl are much sort after. This one even had ‘His Masters Voice’ logo intact inside the door. We left the inside as it was, painted the exterior and added the clients wallpaper panels. Finished in shiny gloss varnish layers to seal the paper and it’s ready to party.
This retro vintage vinyl cabinet took some work, very beaten up as if it had hosted many parties. We sanded back the varnish, filled the holes and then painted it in Craig & Rose Swedish blue. Whilst the images of it in it's original state look a tad gloomy, the finished result in the clients home is fabulous .
