PICTURE FRAMES

Framing is expensive and often the existing frame can be revamped to suit both the picture and the setting.  These were very shiny and distracted from the paintings vibrancy.  I popped the pictures out of their frames, retained the inner gold bevel, washed them over with emulsion and then used steel wool to allow a bit of shine through.
